1. Pricing Plans
1.1. You can explore the available pricing plans and their features in the "Platform Pricing" section.

2. Payment Methods
2.1. Payments are accepted via Visa and MasterCard.
2.2. Two subscription options are available: monthly and annual.
2.3. Payments are processed based on the issued invoice.

3. Service Terms
3.1. The Growth-Meet platform provides a range of features under the free "Free" plan that can be used without payment.
3.2. When selecting and paying for a premium plan, the user gains access to all features of lower-tier plans, plus additional features of the selected plan.
3.3. The activation of a plan starts from the date of completion of already paid services but no earlier than the current date.
3.4. When selecting a premium plan, an active plan banner will appear next to the platform logo.

4. Recurring Payments
4.1. By default, the subscription is valid for three years. Monthly payment plans consist of 36 payments, and annual plans consist of 3 payments.
4.2. Users can cancel the next payment at any time by submitting a request via available messengers.

5. Service Cancellation
5.1. Users have the right to cancel recurring payments for Growth-Meet services at any time.
5.2. To cancel recurring payments, users need to send a request, and the cancellation will be processed within 24 hours.
5.3. The currently paid plan will remain active until its expiration, even after the cancellation of the subscription.

6. Refund Policy
6.1. Refunds are not provided for services that have been delivered or are currently active.
6.2. If you are uncertain about the quality of services, we recommend starting with a minimal one-month plan or using the free plan.

7. Rules for Specialists
7.1. A specialist must create a profile on the platform, filling in all necessary information about their services.
7.2. A professional photo is required for the profile.
7.3. It is strictly prohibited to publish any inappropriate materials, including text, images, or videos of a pornographic, violent, or provocative nature.
7.4. The platform administration reserves the right to block a specialist’s account in case of serious ethical violations or publishing prohibited content.
7.5. If there are frequent and confirmed client complaints, the administration reserves the right to refuse the renewal of the specialist’s subscription plan.
